Andrew Wins RFA Argument in DC Circuit

The DC Circuit ruled in favor of the Aeronautical Repair Station Association on its Regulatory Flexibility Act claim that Andrew argued earlier this year. In endorsing our argument, the Court remanded the case back to the FAA and ordered it to comply with the statute. Click here for a link to the opinion.
