Davis Merits Brief Filed with Supreme Court

Yesterday, the Brand Law Group filed with the Supreme Court our merits brief in Davis v. FEC. For a little background on the case, see this Washington Post article. Also see George Will's op-ed, which we posted on the blog last November. The government's brief is due on March 19 and oral argument is scheduled for April 22.

You may note that we haven't posted since January 11, the day that the Court agreed to hear the case. We apologize, but we've been a little busy.
